Caplan and Earnest's real estate group represents owners, developers, investors, lenders and businesses, as well as public entities, in the acquisition, financing, development, sale and leasing of real estate.  Our clients include hospitals, school districts, lenders, private developers and individuals.

• Assistance with the negotiation, documentation and closing of real estate transactions including preparation of purchase and sale agreements, conveyancing documents, financing documents and exchange agreements.
• Creation of commercial condonimium associations, restrictive covenants, easements, licenses, declarations and other documents designed to manage real estate developments.
