Caplan and Earnest has a reputation throughout the Front Range in litigating and advising clients about insurance issues. Our coverage practice focuses on policy holders – those who have purchased insurance policies. Our clients are public and corporate boards, health care entities, physician practices, construction companies, property owners, and businesses. In the event that an incident occurs, we assist clients in making claims and, if needed, bringing legal action if coverage or benefits are wrongfully denied or otherwise withheld. Our Insurance Recovery Team has experience in bringing coverage and bad faith actions in both state and federal court with considerable success.
