Caplan and Earnest is delighted to congratulate Allen Taggart for joining the Jefferson County School District as the Executive Director of Employee Relations and Legal Support. Allen’s work with Jeffco will include assisting the district with difficult personnel issues, administering the collective bargaining agreements and coordinating the district’s legal work.
After 22 years, we are sorry to see Allen leave the firm but happy that Caplan and Earnest will remain Jeffco’s outside legal counsel and maintain his and the Jefferson County School Districts’ relationship with the firm as part of his new position.
Allen’s new position began April 5, 2010.
