2011 FAMILY-TO-FAMILY HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Caplan and Earnest has been participating in the Department of Housing and Human Services' Family-To-Family Holiday Program since 2004. This year Caplan and Earnest filled the requests of a family of six and bought more gifts than they requested, as well as gift cards for groceries and other items!
The firm enjoys participating in this good cause each year which brightens the lives of Boulder County residents who would otherwise do without during the holiday season.
The Program serves high-needs, low-income families and individuals who are clients of Child Protection, Adolescent, Adult Protection (elderly and disabled adults) and Financial Assistance caseloads. The staff of the Department of Housing and Human Services refers clients based on need and the families and/or individuals are asked to complete a shopping list requesting up to three gifts per person.
